This betting company provides wagering services on a variety of events, and all users must adhere to the established guidelines.
The company retains the right to amend or add to these rules, terms, and payment methods at any moment without notice. Existing bets will still be bound by their original conditions; however, any new bets will be governed by the subsequently updated rules. Opening an account, making deposits, and placing bets are limited to individuals aged eighteen and older.
Customers hold full responsibility for complying with online gambling laws relevant to their place of residence, as well as for reporting any winnings or losses to the appropriate authorities in their respective countries.
The betting company assumes all information provided by the client during registration is correct. The company will not be liable if the client submits inaccurate information at any point.
To ensure fairness, the betting company may require the client to present personal identification documents such as a passport or driver's license for verification purposes. The client agrees to promptly submit any requested documentation required by the betting company.
In the case of potential cheating related to financial transactions and gambling activities, those responsible may face necessary consequences, which can include criminal prosecution.
Account creation and associated deposits must comply with current regulations.
Similarly, payments need to follow the established procedures.
Customers assume complete responsibility for the confidentiality of their passwords and account-related information. The betting company ensures that all client information remains private. The company will not be held responsible if this information is disclosed to a third party. All transactions made using the account holder’s login number and password are officially considered valid. The only limitation applies to the available balance in the gaming account. If a client suspects that their information has been compromised, they should contact the betting company’s administrator to request a change to their current password.
The betting company expressly disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the website or its content. This includes any direct or indirect losses, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising from technical malfunctions such as connection issues, delays in website operation/data transmission, communication line failures, or errors in the content presented on the website, including typographical mistakes and omissions.
Types of bets
1Win offers several types of bets:
- Single Bet – a wager on a specific outcome for an event, where the payout equals the stake multiplied by the odds.
- Parlay Bet – multiple bets on different outcomes of independent events, where winnings are equal to the stake multiplied by the respective odds. All bets are combined to form the final payout.
Validity of bets
A bet placed by the client is regarded as valid once it has been electronically confirmed by the Service. This confirmation is represented by an identification number, which is then securely stored on the 1Win server. Once accepted by the Service, the bet cannot be altered.
Bet acceptance criteria
The betting company provides a list of upcoming events along with the odds for their outcomes. Line changes, such as handicaps, winner odds, totals, betting limits, and maximum stake amounts can occur after a bet has been placed; however, the terms for bets that have already been placed remain fixed.
Bets may not exceed the account balance and the maximum stake amount indicated on the line for that date. If the total amount of bets exceeds this limit, those bets will not be accepted by the betting company.
Bets must be accepted before the start of an event to be considered valid. Any bets placed after the event has started will not be deemed valid and will be refunded. Bets included in a combined bet will also be canceled. However, there is an exception for so-called 'live' bets made during the event. These bets are always considered valid even if placed after the event's conclusion, but they can only be refunded under justifiable circumstances.
Information displayed regarding upcoming results during a live event is provided solely for informational purposes and should not be used to justify the cancellation of a bet. The Betting Company is not liable for inaccuracies in results displayed during live events.
The date and time specified in the event line are provided purely for informational purposes. If a bet is placed before the event starts, an incorrect date shown in the line does not qualify as a reason for a refund. The actual start time of the event will be used to settle the bets, determined according to official documents (websites referenced by our betting company when gathering data) from the organization conducting the competition, match, etc.
Main betting outcomes offered
Bets are accepted on home wins (indicated by '1' in the lines), draws (marked by 'X' in the lines), and away wins (indicated by '2' in the lines). A bet is considered successful if the match outcome aligns with the predicted result.
- A bet 'Home Win or Draw' is denoted by '1X' and is winning if the home team wins or if the match ends in a draw.
- Conversely, a 'No Draw' bet, marked as '12', signifies that the match must end with a victory for either the home team or the opposing team for it to be deemed successful.
- Lastly, a bet 'Away Win or Draw', indicated by 'X2', will be considered winning if the away team wins or if the match ends in a draw.
Clients have the option to place bets on matches with a handicap (marked with an 'H'). Once the match concludes, the client will need to add the predetermined handicap to the score of their chosen team.
- If their prediction is correct after factoring in the handicap, the bet is successful.
- If the score remains unchanged after applying the handicap, the bet will be refunded. In such cases, this equates to a quota of '1'.
- In contrast, if the chosen team does not achieve victory after accounting for the handicap, the bet unfortunately results in a loss.
Specific provisions
If an event does not take place on the scheduled date and is postponed for over 36 hours from the indicated start time on the betting ticket, all bets placed on this event will be settled at a quota of 1 (unless stated otherwise in the regulations for this type of sport).
In the event of an interruption where the event does not conclude within 12 hours following the specified start time on the betting ticket, all bets on determined outcomes will be settled based on those results. All bets on undetermined outcomes will be settled at a quota of 1 (unless stated otherwise in the relevant sport's rules).
If the match is relocated to a neutral venue, the placed bets will remain unchanged. If the match is moved to the opponent's venue, all bets will be refunded and removed from any related bets. If the match is moved to another field within the same city, the bets will remain valid, and no refunds will be initiated, regardless of the new location.
If the result is modified or annulled (due to protection, doping, etc.), the original result will remain in play.
If more than one player (team) is declared the winner of the competition, bets placed on the victory of these players (teams) will be settled at a quota of 1.
The betting company announces the official results of an event based on records and other reliable information sources. When discrepancies arise regarding results from multiple sources, with clear inaccuracies, the betting company reserves the right to make a final decision regarding the result that will be used to settle all placed bets.
If there is evidence suggesting that a bet was placed after the outcome of the event was known, or after a selected player or team gained an advantage (such as a score lead, player expulsion, or substitution, etc.), the betting company reserves the right to cancel all bets (refunds will be made), regardless of whether they are winning or losing.
The company uses its own data regarding the actual progression of a match to settle bets on live events. If any obstacles (loss of broadcast, lack of results from information sources, etc.) hinder the establishment of results, those events will be settled at a quota of 1.
If a client has a negative balance resulting from an inaccurate bet evaluation due to an incorrectly entered result, their gaming account will be suspended until the client deposits an amount equal to or greater than the negative balance. If this action is not taken, the betting company reserves the right to refuse to accept any further bets from the client. Any bets placed prior to the evaluation will still be honored.
1Win Senegal's prerogatives
1Win retains the authority to deny registration of any user on the website, refuse participation in any service (including the right to reject bets), and/or immediately terminate usage of the service without prior notice if there are reasonable suspicions of:
- A breach of these terms and conditions;
- Or involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities, including money laundering.
Furthermore, if any of these situations apply, 1Win reserves the right to cancel any refunds owed that exceed the initial deposit made by the concerned client.
1Win reserves the right to withhold, reduce, or adjust any funds in a client’s account that has a positive balance to cover any debts owed to the service if there are reasonable suspicions that the client is attempting to abuse a welcome bonus, promotional offer, or specific terms related to a game/sporting event. Any winnings obtained by the client in such cases may also be reduced or modified, along with all betting rules established by these conditions.
The Client agrees that 1Win may transfer its rights and obligations as outlined in these Conditions, either in part or entirety, to a third party. However, this transfer of rights and responsibilities requires the explicit consent of the Client. Notification of such transfers and subsequent consent gathering will occur through the communication channel that the Client provided during registration (or any later modifications made to their account).
Fight against fraud
The Company does not tolerate any form of collusion among clients or any fraudulent or deceptive behaviors that may be established.
Such behaviors include groups of Clients placing bets from the same IP address or local network, as well as the placement of pre-arranged bets. In such instances, the Company will not be held responsible for the timing of its awareness of such violations of its rules and regulations and reserves the right to close all affected accounts.
Additionally, 1Win may choose to nullify all transactions that have occurred and will not refund any deposits or bets made in conjunction with other clients; any winnings, bonuses, or funds acquired through these actions must be returned upon the Company’s request.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered a direct violation of this agreement:
- The transfer of any information to a third party without the prior written consent of the other party;
- Engaging in illegal activities such as fraud, the use of malware, bots, or any glitches found within the site's software;
- Participating in fraudulent activities involving the use of stolen, cloned, or otherwise illegally obtained credit or debit card information to fund the account;
- Involvement in criminal activities such as money laundering, which may lead to criminal liability if convicted.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or revoke payments or winnings related to bonus funds if there are grounds to believe that the Client is deliberately trying to profit from them.
1Win will take all necessary legal measures to identify and combat fraudulent systems and the parties involved, and appropriate measures will be taken against such individuals without hesitation.
1Win is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by clients due to such fraudulent activities.
The Company retains the right to terminate clients' access to the website and block their accounts without notice if fraudulent activity is suspected. In this scenario, 1Win will not be obligated to return or compensate any monetary funds existing in those blocked accounts. Moreover, 1Win reserves the right to report any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities. Clients are required to fully cooperate with the company in investigations related to these matters.
Clients are strictly prohibited from using the services and software provided by this website for fraudulent or illegal activities or for transactions that violate the laws of any jurisdiction. If it is discovered that a Client has committed such actions, the Company will immediately suspend or block their account and hold any currently available funds. In such situations, clients will not be permitted to make claims against the Company.
Responsibilities at 1Win Senegal
1Win is committed to paying the Client only earnings that result from the present terms. The User/Client fully understands and accepts that the 1Win website, products, and services are provided \"as is\" without any type of representation or warranty, either implied or explicit. These warranties include, but are not limited to, guarantees of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted delivery, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose concerning the Service and its Site.
1Win does not accept any responsibility, under any circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, for any damage, loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunities, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage (including special, punitive damages) that may result from a client's access to and/or use of the website and services and products offered by 1Win, the inability to use the website, the materials and information displayed on the website, or any other products and services available on it.
The User/Client specifically acknowledges and agrees that 1Win is not liable to the User/Client for any damage, loss, cost, or expense resulting from:
- Defamatory, offensive, or illegal behavior by another User/Client of the Service;
- Misuse or abuse of the Client's account or any of the products and services provided by the Site;
- Inability to use or access the site;
- Undeliverable email communication;
- Malfunction of any communication device used by the client;
- Technical failure, system failure, defect, delay, disruption in data transmission, loss or corruption of data in the functioning of the service due to a distributed denial of service attack or contamination by viruses;
- Lack of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed on the website (including prices, schedules, results, and general statistics);
- And/or the inability to meet expectations.
Claims management
The player has the right to challenge any situation, and the company will thoroughly and objectively review all controversial matters when specific information such as facts and arguments is provided in writing. The use of profanity, insults, or false information in letters sent to the Company is strictly prohibited.
